So after cold crashing it for 24hrs the sediment settled on the ground. "Nostrile test" was negative. It was new equipment anyways... I bottled it now and hope it will turn out allright. Thank you for your answers.

I think I will give it a try and bottle it on Monday after cold crashing it. Yes, it is still at 1,016. So I hope infection is unlikely.
