Sean from Fairfax, VIrginia (near Washington, DC) Been brewing extract for a few years, looking to simplify (no chill) and brew some AG. Thinking about dropping to 3 gallon VIP batches, for faster keg changes. I think I can do this with my 32 qt (l) brew kettle.
