Pumpkin Spice Saison - critique please

Post #1 made 11 years ago
This is my second BIAB attempt (1st was an ESB that came out good, but didn't use enough hops, so not very bitter!) and first using BIABacus.

looks OK to me (but what do I know?) Sorachi ACE Pellets give a lemony taste or aroma, Is that the proper taste needed? I am sure it would be OK but it just struck me as "Different"? I would expect more earthy hops? Good luck!
tap 1 Raspberry wine
tap 2 Bourbon Barrel Porter
tap 3 Czech Pilsner
tap 4 Triple IPA 11% ABV

Pipeline: Mulled Cider 10% ABV
