I am from Nebraska, USA and have been homebrewing for about 2 1/2 years, but only a few batches per year due to time constraints of my job and family life (another kid is on the way) and the fact I don't drink up my projects as quickly as other brewers.
I want to transition from my extract/steeping grain recipes to all-grain where I have more comfort, control, and creativity, I have with bread baking and jerky making.
I have become enamored with the simplicity of BIAB thanks to "evangelists" here in the States (Brulosophy.com, Bagbrewer.com, Jake Keeler)and and was directed to this site/forum as the best place for information on techniques, conversions, and facts rather than hearsay, generalizations, and estimates.
I'm not very good at navigating forums, but you bunch seem rather welcoming and knowledgeable. I'm also looking forward to receiving my site keys to see the tools and charts your community has built.
