So I finally got my BIAB equipment together and got a brew done. Used the BIABacus to convert the Dr Smurto's Golden ale recipe to suit my 20L birko urn.
Anyway, things were tasting pretty good prior to bottling and I'm really looking forward to sampling the finished product.
Things didn't go perfectly smoothly, efficiencies weren't fantastic and my O.G. was a little lower than expected...BUT it was a fun day and a big learning curve. After many kit brews it is awesome to have an all grain brew under my belt.
Anyway, I'm looking for a bit of feedback on my BIABacus file before I launch into my next brew (Bohemian Pilsner)
