shibolet,

So that's why your pictures were all over Facebook? Congratulations! As the only member of this forum who has had your beer I am very happy for you! You weren't a long-shot you were a shoe-in! :champ:

I wish I could translate all the Facebook entries? Either I learn Hebrew or Israel switches to English? I doubt either will happen? I am to old to learn or probably to intoxicated to try? Keep the BIAB tradition of dominating competitions going!

Hi guys,
BIAB seems to be everywhere these days but still thought I would let you know that my BIAB Sweet Stout managed to get Champion Beer of Show at this years Nationals (Australian).
Got a 2nd for my FES and 3rd for my DIPA as well.
Loving it!
Cheers

What a top job Dave - that is something to be very proud of    :champ:.

I remember you used to no-chill. Were these no-chilled as well?

:salute:

what are you doing posting...you should be at the sail and anchor right now celebrating Simon's win

Well done simon, awesome effort

And well done to Aaron who won the Gold medal in amateur brewing, but has apparently moved to the biab dark side after coming to our last brewing day at Pat's place..it was a poor example of biab after a little too much beer early in the day, but we may have another disciple

So was PP entered in this extravaganza? He spends too much time and effort on Biabacus and not enough on brewing! I know he still drinks a lot because I keep getting undecipherable emails from him! Where are you PP? How did you do? Are you better at Cheesestradamus or brewing?
