I often wonder mally, if people with their birthdays this close to Christmas think that all their Christmases have come at once?

Has anyone told BobBrews it's his birthday? I mean have you seen how old he is?* He probably doesn't even know :o.

I am sorry that I missed all your good wishes. Please accept my apologies and all that. I should have checked last week but I didn't have a sober day last week (or this, for that matter.) Sobriety is overrated. (At least that's what I heard?) The families from out of town stayed at our place this week. Making the Christmas season more fun with kids and presents being opened. Visiting the rest and friends takes up the in between moments. The house is bursting with food and beverage. I have been dieting and eating like a rabbit. I have gained weight and lost brain cells (you know what from! :drink: )

Thanks again for all the good wishes. I am happy as a clam :party: (just not as hard) :blush:

Hey Yeasty, I can't believe your birthday is on Australia Day again! This seems to happen every year :think:.

mally I think the Poms celebrate Australia Day as well (they celebrate getting rid of all the criminals***) so it's probably not a school night for him but don't quote me on this :scratch:.

P.S. We're having fireworks here for you today Yeasty. ***The cops have already arrested two kids. One was drinking battery acid and the other was eating fireworks. They charged one and let the other one off :dunno:.

I tried to get the boss to give me the day off when I told him I need to celebrate Australia Day. When he didn't buy that excuse I told him it was also Yeasty's birthday....apparently he doesn't grasp the significance of that either. So, I will make a dedicated effort to celebrate both Australia Day and Yeasty's birthday as soon as I get home from work this evening. :drink:
