When you live in a 2 bedroom apartment, have 1 of those rooms holding a dispensing fridge, a fermenting fridge, 9 kegs, 2 CO2 bottles, 2 x 70 L pots, two burners, two copper chillers, 6 buckets, 4 fermenters, a grain mill and hopper, 4 LPG gas bottles, a large esky, a terrifying number of bits and pieces of which probably 2% are useful and you still ask the question, "If I get rid of the cupboard, I could get another fridge in there."

Best pic I could get because the room is only 3 m x 3.5m (9' x 11'). If you emptied the room and offered it for rent, the first question would be, "How will I ever fit a double bed in there!"
