I was wondering if anyone had any successes with making a toffee brown ale? Trying to get some ideas together for a recipe for my SO's birthday. She really like Heath Bars so I thought a toffee brown ale would be good.

I have read the easiest way to do a toffee ale, is to add English Toffee Extract a day before Bottling.

It has no Sugar to cause fermentation, but is Volatile, so it needs to mix well and Bottled.

I have used Other extracts, and the Do add the Flavor.
