Get your letters off to Santa

Time to get your letters off to Santa so that he can make sure that he gets your brewing goodies in good time. PP must have got his off early as Mr S Clause has just emailed me to ask my advice on this Box of tricks

I can only wish PP has been a good boy this year as its not cheap, but it would put some of his ghosts to bed.

If your counting on PP to be a good boy this year? You are too late! He can start anew today but I fear he has already botched that?

Of course PP may raise the issue of how do you know the calibrated instrument is correct? :whistle:

And just to be sure, he could get one of these to re-check this which was to double-check this. I think that should do fine. But I guess it should be done in 1 degree increments at mashing temps as imperfections in the thermometer may cause it to be non-linear somewhere. Just to be sure. :lol:
