I have an all-Amarillo using yeast harvested from Bell's Oberon coming out of the fermenter this weekend. Was going to harvest the yeast and thought I might mix it up with the EKG this batch. Thinking about using Marris Otter as the base.

Marris Otter + EKG = some kind of Bitter? Sorry, it's been a while since I have developed any recipes and I'm very much out of practice.

MO, possibly with some US 2-row and 5-10% crystal.
1.060 / 50 IBU
Looking to make an American APA with more depth.
The only reason I'm thinking EKG and Amarillo is because it's in the fridge.

I'll post a BIABacus file after seeing what my LHBS has

Wound up using an ounce of Cascade in a FWH and Amarillo late additions.

Unfortunately, the weather bumped up to around 85°F for the weekend and I was unprepared to keep the fermenter cool. I'm going to try this again now that I have a mini-fridge.

As to hopbursting, BIABacus says about 8 oz. at 5 minutes will yield 40-ish IBU's - interesting.
