okay...here's a recipe. looks simple enough (some of them talk about stepped mashing, which i don't really want to do at the moment).

any thoughts anyone?

If you haven't done a step mash and ever want to - it's a piece of cake with BIAB. Very easy. Partially pull bag and heat to higher temperature, lower bag and cover it again.

well, this is what I did in the end. A friend lent me a Braumeister to play with, so I did it in that, but no reason why it wouldn't work with any other BIAB method.

turned out nicely. certainly hoegaarden-ish. about to make it again, so it obviously worked :-)
