I have been trying to adapt an Irish Red Ale to BIAB and I am hoping someone can take a look at my recipe to see if I am on the right track. I made some adjustments to attempt to place all the characteristics of an IRA approximately in the middle (average) for the style.
Please let me know if this is a beer you would brew. This is only my second BIAB....don't want to screw it up.
I have attached the BIABacus file as well. Please let me know if it appears that I am using the BIABacus correctly...
