if you combine the hops it wouldn't be a SMASH anymore ;)
what type of yeast do you have on hand?
if it's an american variety than go for american hops like simco.or citra
if it's an english yeast than go for the fuggle hops.
Cube:
fermenter: Sourdough Spelt Ale, Classic Lambic, Oud Brune, Barrel Aged Belgian Dubbel
Kegs: Bob's Black IPA, Blanc Blond, Soda...
to be brewed:

I find it hard to recommend what to go for, as it's so subjective. What i like may be not what you would.

Good point by Shibolet, i wouldn't have thought about what yeast you had available.

however, i would probably use the whole lot!

Simco
Citra
Fuggles

So what would you crazy cats go for? Would you go for a SMaSH with any one in particular or would you combine them in any way?
Lee
SMaSH is now SMaVH (Single Malt and Various Hops)!

Use fuggles at 60 minutes for bittering. Maybe as FWH?

Simco as a late hop? 5 minutes left in boil? :drink:

Dry hop with Citra for a week and bottle.

Have you done a SMaSH with any of those hops before? It's a GREAT way to find out about the qualities of each of them. MO is a great grain.. as are each of the hops you have... I'd brew a smaller batch using the MO and a different hop in each to see how they differ. Otherwise, while making good beer.. they will be without too much dimension... IMO

I'd go all hop with Citra as a first choice. Then perhaps Fuggles, I've no experience of Simco so can't comment.

Just changed my mind, what was I thinking :idiot: go with a Simco SMaSH and send me a bottle..

:shoot:

Yeasty

PS Citra really :kisswink:
Why is everyone talking about "Cheese"

Thanks guys think I'm gonna split my wort and try a couple of combos. I cracked open the first of Golden Promise Amarillo SMaSH that i brewed a few weeks ago bases on NRB's APA. It's bloody good.
