Per my conversation with Mad Scientist over on homebrewtalk I am posting this recipe to make sure I have input the correct numbers from the original recipe.  Thanks

The point of a kit is convenience.  Let's take a look at how to brew this according to NB.  They assume a 75% efficiency and  20 L of VAW.  Attached is how this kit is entered into BIABacus.

Adjusting the boil time and evaporation rate here doesn't effect the grain bill weight, just allows/adjusts the water amount.

A 1.090 OG happens to be about the same efficiency with BIABacus. :)

Notice the "Y" entered for using a hop sock, that does effect the grain weight.
