So, I'm getting ready to brew a saison, and the recipe calls for table sugar as part of the grain bill. My understanding, as I've not done it, is that the sugar should be added near or at the end of boil so that it dissolves, but can't burn. Yes?
My actual question, though, is do I simply add the table sugar to the grain bill in Biabicus or should it go somewhere else...?
