Hello,
First brew this afternoon, really excited only done extract brews before. I have all the ingredients, the equipment the recipe. But I also have one question. I am brewing an ale with safale 04 and I have a 5L fermenter it is sort of bottle shaped. (Picture attached, I hope) My question is how much head space should I leave to be safe?
Any help would be really appreciated.
