Cheers from Norway.
I have been brewing for a little more than a year now. I started out with a few extract brews before I jumped straight over too allgrain (BIAB). Since then I have brewed ten batches (5 gallons) of beer.
During this year Norway has experienced beer brewing mania, as in many other countries. Brewshops are poping up, and beer brewing is picked up as a topic on television, books and magazines are writing about craft beer and the homebrewing scene.
In the process of upgrading my electric BIAB-urn, I stumble upon this site through homebrewtalk.com. In that post on homebrewtalk they claimed that biabrewer.info was the first source for BIAB on the worldwideweb. I don't know if this rings true?
So far I think this forum is a great place for exploring BIAB. I especially enjoyed how you define and thus gain clarity what BIAB really is (sparge/no sparge). Reading books and the www, BIAB is often mistakenly referred to as no sparge.
I also think those XL-brewsheets seems very interesting.
I am a healthcare worker of profession, working with mental health.
Thats it for now. I am looking forward to delve deep into this informative realm of biabrewer.info.
Best regards
Rune.
