how do i crush a bit of grain without a mill?

i finally got my hands on some rye malt (which has never been available here). but it not milled and i don't have a grain mill. i always buy my grain milled but now i have to find a way to grind up a few hundred grams of rye.
any ideas?
(i tried the food processor. not good.)

fermenter: Sourdough Spelt Ale, Classic Lambic, Oud Brune, Barrel Aged Belgian Dubbel
Kegs: Bob's Black IPA, Blanc Blond, Soda...

Rolling pin or large wooden mallet, perhaps even an appropriately-sized rock? (go "caveman" on that malt!)

If you have a good size adjustable Salt/pepper grinder, it will give a fine crush, Or "Go Caveman"
