I can't remember the details but I have read about people mashing overnight.
I'd lag your kettle a lot more than usual to try and keep as much heat in as possible.
A mashout the next day would definitely be on the books as well if I was to do this.

Okay, just did a google search. There are a lot of people that have tried this and have reported good results.
I'm interested in hearing your results if you try doing this.
