[center]The Commentary (Temporary)[/center]

BIABrewer.info is very disappointed that we have been unable to provide anywhere near the quality or style of The Commentary we were aiming for before the site opening.

Unfortunately, the slightest change in site structure (the most important thing to users of the site) has a domino effect which takes many hours to correct. These happen regularly. As The Commentary is the culmination of the site, it suffers the most. It is not even close to what we envision.

For now, we hope that new brewers will be able to muddle through the very badly presented .pdf (the most suitable of many versions at time of writing) that can be downloaded below...
