A question to ask if I can guys.
This might seem obvious but I appreciate any help.
If im using Ralph's MAXI BIAB technique am I looking for recipes that have a desired volume in fermenter of 23L??

Ralph's posts are locked by admin. His process is considered extreme.
As a basic rule of thumb, you can make 23 L from a kettle twice the size.
What size pots do you have?

With recommended practices from this site you can get about 62% of that pot size, or 11.75 L.
