Yes, and no...

Provided you have a pulley, it can be done to a very large size. How large is that? Depends on your pulley, bag, brew kettle, etc. Pretty large, for sure.

Practical? Not sure that larger brewery size operations are practical with BIAB...huge bags, etc. that is my hypothesis. (Educated'ish Opinion). Maybe PP can chime in and give a "real" educated opinion. I know he has more detailed thought on this.
