Nice Work Andrew!
I've been offline for awhile so I missed this in realtime...
Great feeling to keg up a cracker and think "I made this!"

Funnily i've just done a kit that i thought i'd make taste better by adding a 90gram bag of amerillo in the last twenty minutes of boil (hopburst). They were very old hops. I now have a beer that tastes like um... weeds!!

Cheers

ok... well there is about 2 pints of this left!

An observation
1. I gelatined this while crash chilling (in a cube), i thought it had cleared OK....BUT
2. The more i pour from the keg, the clearer the beer is becoming. Do you think this is because it is also 'cold conditioning' and clearing itself as tim goes on (about 2 weeks its been in there) or is there another reason for this??
3. Still tastes great :)

Amber ale brewing next week :) cant wait!

Happy brewing!

That's the spirit, this research is thirsty work, eh?!

Probably is CCing that's helping to clear it up, not that I'm a kegger though. Any chill haze though?

Good luck with the amber! :)
