Preheating your lagging..Tip ?

Post #1 made 13 years ago
Its been said that preheating your lagging helps to maintain your mash temperature for longer but I've always struggled to do this with my 2 sleeping bags and bean bag. Today however I hit on the idea of putting the sleeping bags in the tumble drier for 10 minutes. They came out perfectly preheated

Brilliant!

Ill will be looking for an electric blanket at my local thrift stores! The dryer idea will be put into play as soon as I brew again(unless i find the E blanket first.)
