Good Day shibolet, The GABF is a good place for Homebrewers to learn what everyone has done and is doing. The NHC is a bit more serious about brewing and Good for serious Home Brewers.

The wife and I did GABF last year, local event for us. What I can say is ifyou are planning on it this year do Thursday night and Saturday members session. We tried to do both sessions on Saturday, and Saturday night was too many kids trying to drink as much as they could as fast as they could.. They really weren't there for the quality of the beers, just quantity.

The members session was very nice, less people, pretty much just us homebrewers. Got to talk to a lot of the brewers. Lines weren't as long and just an all round better experience. We decided to do Thursday night this year after talking to various people who said that it is a lot less crowded.

Really no input for you on the NHC
Yeah, my life is better than your last vacation

shibolet,

I just signed up for the NHC! I will be there from the 20th-24th. Reservations start today Feb. 1st and sell out quickly. I am staying at the same hotel as the NHC. This is the first NHC for me. At these prices it will be the last. Let me know if you will attend and we can have a beer and send the bill to PP!
