Throughout the brewday I was as pedantic as I am at work, and the results were close to what was expected. I did find that my evaporation rate didn't concur with the Calculator. I had more in my boiler at a lower OG than expected (1.046 instead of 1.048)but I am very happy with the results. I got 21 litres into the FV.
Todays figures show where I went wrong last time. So lessons learnt.
