Sorry I didn't notice this post until today. The only store that I know of in Toronto is : http://www.torontobrewing.ca/servlet/StoreFront . There is also http://brewerspantry.com/ in Whitby and http://www.homebrewsupplies.ca/ in Brampton. Other Ontario stores are

I have ordered from Toronto Brewing, Brewers Pantry, Beer Grains and OBK and have been pleased with the service from all of them.

I've shopped from a couple of those and OBK is hands down the best. OBK also has a loyalty program going. Toronto Brewing has screwed up my last 2 orders and I will only order from them again if I really need to.
