   I'm trying to recover my account, but am not receiving the email. I've looked through all folders including Junk/Spam. Can you force an email to be sent to me? Username is kc.rkitek.

   I did find an old link that reflects that your registration can be made inactive
   
   I haven’t found a means for you to do it yourself and I don’t have the authority to do it alone so I sent your question to someone who should know.
