      I met LloydieP several years ago before he had even tried all-grain. Even then he had a knack. Most of his kit beers were truly outstanding which says a lot as there are less than a handful of kit brewer's beers I have tasted and gone, Wow! Since then, he has got into all-grain and I have been astounded at his knack for recipe formulation.
      
      He has posted some great stuff on this site but I hadn't seen a post from him for some time so I called him...

      Well firstly big congratulations PP! I've been telling everyone i can about my mate who just won at the Royal. :thumbs: ↲Went on a date last night with a girl (thank god), who i knew was right into her food and wine (so in there). So an hour in I popped the question.. So do you like beer? She said yes! Might have to pop the big question now.. :shock: ↲Beer and food day sounds like a great plan. Let's get onto it!    2. Need your favourite recipes to put into BeerSmith2

      BeerSmith2 is looking excellent and all the maths is working perfectly.
      
      What we need now over the next day or so are some excellent recipes - preferably medal winners to include in a BIABrewer.info recipe add-on for BeerSmith2.
      
      So, please post your recipes as new threads using the BIABrewer Recipe Template and let us know in this thread when you have done so.
      
      Also let us know here of any existing recipes on BIABrewer.info that you think should be in the recipe pack.

      Thought I'd start a thread that listed Sydney BIABrewer.info members and events while the site is still young. This way, if anyone is having a brew day they can post it here and/or PM other N.S.W. brewers easily. Also, general events such as comps, tastings, interstate visitors etc could be posted here so as we can all be kept up to date.

      The term, Maxi-BIAB, originally came from this guide written by Ralph. In this guide, Ralph shows how using some additional equipment to sparge a high gravity wort can allow a brewer to move beyond the limitation of their kettle size.

      I agree that we need to remove some of the grey areas, how this can be achieved though is something different. We only need to look at the How would you re-name Maxi-BIAB thread to see how difficult it would be.
