Love the look of this brew good people, thanks for sharing. I have attached my attempt of filling out BIABacus as per what I could gather from the thread. 'hashie' noted a 'boil size' of 30.11 L which is about 1L above the estimated VAW from BIABacus, however I'm not sure if I can translate directly...

hi goulaigan, it's been 2 days at 1.015, but really glad for your comment, as i can't get to the bottling until sunday and was thinking that leaving it a bit longer in the fermenter might have had some detrimental effect ... very happy to let it sit, thanks for the feedback.

G'day PP, Will be putting the brew down next weekend, finally! I notice the recipe calls for only one hop addition. I'd like to add a bit of flavour/aroma hops, but thinking for this one I should stick to the recipe and then adjust next time. What do you think? The other thing is the Whirlfloc tab. ...

Hi Pistol, hope you had a good weekend,
First question about the BIABacus PR1.3T - Coopers Sparkling Ale Clone - Andrew Clark-PP.xls
In the fermentation section it requires Bottle Culture. Does this mean I need to harvest the yeast/trub (?) from some commercial Coopers Sparkling Ale?
