      Hello everyone, I've found this on secondary while I transferring to my bottling bucket.
      
      Notice the white spots on the krausen collar and the little oil stains on beer.
      
      I tasted the beer 3 days prior to bottling and it tasted and smelled great.
      
      For the record, this batch of IPA had 100 grams of pellet hops used in dry hopping for about 10 days.
      
      Should I worry?

      I never panic until it starts to smell and/or taste wrong.
      
      Then it's flat out panic stations.
      
      Luckily this has only occurred once.

   2. BIABacus doubt - hops and IBU

      Just a doubt, I usually design my recepies first in beersmith and then i update it in BIABacus, but I've noticed that have been differences in the IBU values...
      
      Beersmith gives me 68,9 and BIABacus gives 56,7 for this bill:
      Columbus 40g - 30 min boil
      Ahtanum 30g - 10 min boil
      Amarillo 25g - 1 min boil
      
      Why is that?

      I've never belived that IBU levels where accurate, but never crossed my mind that it would be so off...
      
      Well I'll try to design my beers in BIABacus from now on...
