Hi all, This is my first post. I've been brewing for quite a few years mostly extract and partial mashes. I'm doing my very first all grain brew in a bag today. Along with that I'll be doing no chill for the ultimate lazy day brewing session. First style will be a 2-Row/Citra Smash. Wish me luck! jl
