Hi, I'm looking at getting an urn for BIAB and have found a Fowlers Vacola - looks like between 25-30L capacity. I believe these are used for preserving (making jams). Hi all, Complete newb when it comes to beer brewing. Looked at extract brewing and thought it seemed to not provide the freedom of all grain. Looked at all grain and found BIAB to be a bit simpler and more elegant. May have bitten off more than I can chew but, hey, you gotta be in it to win it! Look...
