First BIAB WTD 7% Stout

Im going to do my first BIAB.

I would like to make a 7% stout, some thing along the lines of Belhaven Scottish Stout or Dragon Stout.

It will need to be a 19lt mash, as im only using a small boiler.

Can anyone recommend one?

Hi, nice to see you here as well. When are you planning your 1st use of the boiler? I use a MaxiBAIB method where I mash then do a kind of sparge to top up the boiler. From what I have read they do seem to do a reasonable job however, keep in mind you eill only be able to mash enough wort for a 2 gallon (volume into packaging) brew.
