I've started filtering the wort through my voile bag sat on top of a sieve. I run the wort out of the boiler into the FV via it. Seems to get most of the gunk out.

Hi from Manchester, UK. I'm new to BIAB - I have brewed quite a few kits and want to try something new. The BIAB way is catching on over here. The price of beer in the UK is getting beyond a joke.
