Hi guys,
BIAB seems to be everywhere these days but still thought I would let you know that my BIAB Sweet Stout managed to get Champion Beer of Show at this years Nationals (Australian).
Got a 2nd for my FES and 3rd for my DIPA as well.

Hi,
yep I have a 2:1 pulley to get the bag out without breaking my back.
No chill in a couple of 20L cubes and ferment in a 60L fermenter, which just fits in my fermenting fridge!
