I should have mentioned that. It's 82 quarts and my 8 year old can sit in it. I have a very strong bag but 36+ pounds is alot of wet grain. I think for 10 gallon batches, I should have plenty of room. I have several heavy duty bungee cords to assist me in lifting it to a steel crossbar.

I'm getting a large ss bayou classic brew kettle for christmas and it comes with the steam basket. I have a BIAB setup and would like to use the basket for simplicity and to take the stress off the bag when brewing 10+ gallon batches. I was wondering if anyone has tried this. Hi All! I live in Ellicott City MD. I've been brewing for 2 years and have been AG brewing for awhile now. I just got my hands on a 20 gallon pot and am ready to brew 10+ gallon batches. I need to research bag making is this is the place to be!
