2nd BIAB - SMaSH Recommendations?

I'm thinking of doing a SMaSH brew for my second go at BIAB. I don't have any speciality malts at the moment, just a nearly full 25kg of Maris Oter Pale malt, but I have loads of different hops in the freezer. Can anyone suggest a good recipe? Ah yes, didn't even think of that!

Although I've just realised I haven't actually got any golden syrup at the moment, will it make that much difference if I just leave it out? Or should I adjust something else to compensate?
