   1. Wheat Adjuncts with BIAB method

      I will be brewing by first brew using BIAB doing partial mash. The recipe I am using calls for the following in the mash:
      
      2# Rahr 2-row
      1# Flaked wheat
      1# Chocolate wheat
      0.5# Caramel Wheat
      
      I will also be adding 6# wheat malt syrup during the boil. I have read there may be issues using wheat with the BIAB method- is this due to clumping of the wheat, or other issues as well? I would be starting my mash with 6 gallons (I have a 7.5 gallon pot). Does anyone see any issues I would have with my...
