If the situation with homebrewing equipment in Romania is comparable to the one in Russia, then it's super rare. You may find some items there and there, but it'll be quite the adventure anyways. However, Romania is a member of the EU, so you can order stuff from Germany, Belgium etc with lower ship...

Thanks ShorePoints, that culture mix is actually one of the reasons why I'd like to brew myself, so that I can unite these cultures ... in my fridge on a more serious note, this way, I hope I'll be able to offer degustations of different styles of beers to my colleagues and friends.
