Yeah I tried Libre and a bunch of the lines look strange. I have a copy of Windows and Office somewhere. I'll find them and install in Bootcamp. I'm going to try using the sheet for the next brew. Thanks!

It doesn't ask for any kettle dimensions, just weight. These are the things it asks that I'm not sure what to input:

-brewhouse efficiency
- mash tun addition
- boil off
- loss to trub / chiller
- fermenter loss

For my 15 gal pot, I used Reflectix - wrapped around about 3 times and then covered with 2 heavy wool blankets. Only lost 2 degrees over 60 mins. That was in summer...in winter I'll use more blankets and probably drag it inside.
