      I've been collecting recipes for beers that would be great to drink while tailgating before American football games this fall. Light, low abv, but still flavorful. James Spencer (of Basic Brewing Radio/Video fame) has been experimenting with ultra low gravity rye beers for a few years now with reportedly good results so I decided to give one a try.

      I was reading the May 2nd post on brulosophy.com comparing a hop stand to a traditional 20 min hop addition when and I came across a paragraph that I thought this site would appreciate:
