      Let me preface this with the understanding that I get this is a little overboard for what some of you think BIAB should be as it's not exactly KISS but that's OK. Feel free to comment though as I am always open to feedback.
      
      I decided to sell my 3 vessel keggle and cooler MLT setup along with one of my pumps so I could gather some funds for this. So here it goes:

      I don't have a photo...I'm traveling right now so can't take one, but yes, I use it regularly. It's just a female threaded T turned on it's side. One side goes through the lid, where the spray head is threaded against it to hold it in place. The other side (which becomes the top, as the T is turned sideways) has a clover threaded onto it for a tri-clamp set up. The base of the T (facing sideways) has a temp probe threaded into it. Not my design...made by High Gavity Brewing. Simple, not...

   2. All-grain to BIAB

      The overview: I am an all-grain brewer that does 10 gallon batches using 2 keggles and a cooler. The keggles are heated via propane. I currently fly sparge, have a RIMS tube for mashing, a trub filter, immersion chiller, an oxygenation assembly, 2 pumps, and PID control panel for pumps and RIMS. I am looking to make my brew day shorter, have less equipment to clean once done, and to increase variations of beers on tap at all times.
      
      Here is the concept. I want to scale down to 5 gallon...

      Apparently you're a fast learner or much less stubborn than I. You are supposed to ignore advice, state that you have a better way of doing things, and then struggle over the next few brews trying to make it work before finally giving up and admitting defeat. You sure know how to take the fun out of it! :lol: :lol: :lol:. Oh, how we've missed you Todd.
