I'm an Aussie living in the middle of France and I'm just about to embark on the BIAB adventure. I'm putting everything together and learning how to sew up a bag through trial and error. It's all good. Hopefully start brewing BIAB style this weekend.

I'm an Aussie living in France and a born again brewer after a 15 year hiatus. Started kit brewing when I was at uni and started brewing again last April, but with more experimentation. I'm looking forward to learning more about brewing (and sewing ) BIAB style.
