What DaveDoran said, 'seems very low'. I would go with the guidlines of 30-45 IBU. Read post #20 in the following thread. Recipe is very close, using same grain and hop bill. Came out at 12.0 IBU. So do you guys think I should just brew the low IBU recipe next weekend? I'm thinking just run with it and hope that DaveDoran is right when he said it 'could be a winner'. If there's a high possibility it turns out poorly due to such a low IBU will someone weigh in!?

This is really good feedback. I didn't fill out a blank Biabacus, I actually just took one that was filled out for the Amarillo APA and entered my own info. Thus Sections L, M, Z were all boiler plate and don't relate to my brew. Lesson learned... I'm going to complete this in further detail tomorro...

I downloaded BIABacus today on mac OSX, and when opened it says "there are formulas that aren't supported". I'm looking for 3 gallons to fermenter but more is fine if it fits into my 7.5 gal pot. I'm open to brewing as much as possible with my pot.

The recipe came from someone in this forum but thats the extent of info I have to work with.

First post here, I'm new to BIAB and planning out my first batch. I've brewed several extract batches but I've been itching to go all-grain. Finally have all of my equiment for BIAB, and I'm in search of a good recipe. Hopefully an Amber or APA.
