Cheesestradamus 2015. Green Bay Packers and Beer.

The pre-season (practice games) are set to begin on August 13th 2015.

Previous years players and new players are welcome to compete for big, BIG prizes!
You don't have to know anything about American football at all! Nothing! The fun is trash talking to your fellow brewers here on this post! We have sent prizes all over the World so don't let your location stop you! Join up with your fellow brewers!

Cheesestradamus 2015. Predict the results of the Green Bay Packers game each week.

Welcome to Cheesestradamus for the 2015 Green Bay Packer season. Compete against your friends and family with your Packer knowledge. Simple to do, easy to win! Fun for all. The Season starts August 13th 2015! The Pre-Season games will be played as a shakedown or trouble shooting test. The points won't count for the grand prize except as a tie breaker. So you are encouraged to play every game! Get your friends to play to enhance your fun!

First time users must register to join the contest!! We won't share your email!

The season is about to start and it's Cheese time. Cheesestradamus is for both the family togetherness part of football and the hardened statistician nut. You may have never seen a American Football game or you might have seen every game. You're chances of winning prizes are about the same?

Fantasy football fans seem to over think everything and the kids pick because they like a teams mascot? Yes, if you study, you will have a better chance of winning the weekly contest. It seldom works out that way? The preseason is hard to predict because of all the young players being evaluated. I need to check out the program to test all the internal changes I made. I need you to play the preseason to help me check it out.

The preseason scores will be used in the case of a tie at the end of the season. So it is worth your while to play the preseason to help test the system and accumulate points. The answers to the ten questions are right in front of you when you pick. Just pick a little lower or higher. It's that easy!

Joco,

I have had a depressing year. I need the Packers to snap me out of it! We are picked to play in the championship (Super-Bowl) next February. Sorry , but I will kick ass this year. No more (holding back) for me! I am really serious. I will kick butt! Next game is tomorrow Sunday August 23rd 2015 12 noon. Cheers.

Football is back!
Go Brownies!
I think we are favored to win it all this year. 100000 to 1 odds are good; right?

jhough,

Thanks for your condolences on Jordy. We have ample replacements for his physical size and speed but not for his talent. We will have to win the Superbowl without him. Sorry for the haphazard way I have been acting. I have family problems with the mother-in-law and I can't go into it but, "everybody is nice until grandma is near the end" Then the vultures come out of the woodwork!

The Cheesestradamus program is hard to do until the regular season begins. But, What the hell!

All.

Tonight is the last preseason game. Up to now it has been mostly letting the rookies play and getting the veterans some practice. Tonight the rookies will only play. This means that it is almost impossible for you to get decent picks in Cheese. So luck rules. The next game will be September 13th 2015 and it will be a real game. The points will start accruing towards a championship.

If you haven't played the preseason it is understandable. It is mostly luck. Starting Sept. 13th we play for the Super-Bowl in February 2016. I will start posting results here if there are enough player to warrant it. Open to all. sign up now!

Players, :salute:

The 2015 National Football League (NFL)Season is about to start! Sunday September 13th at 12 noon central times in Wisconsin USA. I will be posting the weekly results here.

I expect to crush you all this season and feed your assorted body parts to the fish. However, since we are all at a distance. I would request that you arrange for someone else to ship your pieces!

I will however (as to the tradition) let you think that I am doing poorly so that you don't give up and quit? Please keep up the weekly weekly picks.

In the advent that I have some sort of breakdown I have arranged for body parts to be shipped to you all. Please fill in your addresses to receive body parts or prizes

Week one is in the books. The leaders are;

GoBrownies 2

Goulaigan 1

jhough 2

Joco 3

Mally 7
BobBrews 10 :champ:

Final Score Green Bay Packers 31 Chicago Bears 23

First Half

The Bears are making a blueprint for all other teams to follow and stymie the Pack. Keep the Packers offense on the bench and slowly run the ball against a seemingly porous defense. The bears hogged the clock and left little for the Packer offense. Mental errors plagued the pack and cost them points and kept Bears drives alive!

Second Half “Jay will be Jay” Clay Matthews intercepted Jay Cutler and seals the game. The Packers moved the ball very well all game. The defense will have to regroup. Aaron has a 140.5 QB rating. Next Week The Seattle Seahawks. September 20 7:30 PM Wisconsin time.

I don't think I ever had a 1st place?? It won't last! We just lost another player with a broken ankle. We were thin at Inside Linebacker before the injury. :idiot:
Inside linebacker Sam Barrington was placed on injured reserve on Tuesday after sustaining a season-ending foot injury

The Packers put aside the steady flow of injuries they’ve sustained in recent weeks in claiming their first 3-0 start since 2011 behind a 38-28 win over the Kansas City Chiefs in front of 78,214 at Lambeau Field. Green Bay did it with a strong start on both sides of the ball.

The mighty Packers won their fourth game. At 4 wins and 0 losses they lead their division. The low score surprised everybody but a win is a win. 6 sacks this week and 7 last is a welcome sign of things to come! The Packers play the Saint Louis Rams at home next Sunday at noon. Go Pack Go!

Next game is Sunday October 11th 12 PM (noon) Wisconsin time.

The Packers started out like a ball of fire and took a 14 to 0 lead. The wheels came off with two interceptions of Rodgers. The resilient Rams caught fire and brought the score to 14 to 10 at halftime. The Packers looked shell shocked and confused?

The second half was much of the same. Lacey did nothing and the offense stalled. The defense was very good securing 4 interceptions and keeping the Rams to 10 points. A win is a win with the final score of 24 to 10 the Packers remain without a loss.

Next game is Sunday October 18th 3:25 PM Wisconsin time.

The mighty Packers won 27 to 20. They were beat up most of the game and the offense was (again) offensive to the fans. We did just enough to go into the bye week undefeated. We are playing the Lions Vikings game next week. Play along for extra points.
