Word is out on BIAB

Word is obviously out. 8&1/2 months to get first 560 members, 3 months to get next 560 members, growth at this rate will have some sponsors wanting to come on board.

Now's the time to get Nanna cranking out bags with the sewing machine.

Or perfect that SS auto syphon Wizard78 :smoke:

Well-spotted Mick and thanks for working that out. I hadn't realised the 'curve' was that great.

Very shortly, we'll be looking for volunteers to work on various projects to improve the site. One of these projects will be aimed at finding clever ways to fund the site to avoid relying on sponsors. We have always intended to sell BIAB bags to help fund the site and also provide a "uniform" bag that will give us better consistency between BIAB brewers. This is just one of many projects that needs developing.

So, there is a lot of work that needs doing by some very enthusiastic and committed volunteers so please keep an eye out for an, "Important Notice," that will be written shortly on just this subject.

Meanwhile, thanks to all for posting here so well and making this site always friendly and always helpful.
