What are you planning to do with them? Maybe use the "American Pale Ale - NRB's Amarillo APA" recipe and just use Galaxy? Somehow you must honor the "Land of OZ"! Australian Pale Ale - NRB's Galaxy APA????

Bob, I have not got them yet, But In America, we should have respect for the "Land Down Under"!!

Maybe, make an "Aussie-Pale-Ale".

Missed this thread when it was originally posted over a year ago.

Galaxy is a very cool hop. I don't regard myself as an expert on recipe formulation but Galaxy is not only a great bittering hop for APA's and IPA's but also has a similar flavour and aroma to Amarillo as Bob mentioned.

Joshua, you are the link king :). Got a few links up your sleeve that describe Galaxy?
