Notes/Instructions/Comments:

I'm usually giving percentages but this time my computer is updating so I am just going to type from my hand written notes. As you are all smart enough cookies to adjust the liquor quantities and grain and hop quantities depending on the qualities of your ingredients you have on hand to hit targeted Original Gravity, Bittering, and Colour recommendations from each year to year as natural ingredients change I have no worries. Mindless following of exact measures from my equipment which will not match yours and stops you from thinking and using your own brain (or brewing software) serves no purpose.

This is for a 27 Litre sized batch.

Grains:
5.15 kilograms Pale Ale Malt
0.25 kilograms Light Crystal
0.23 kilograms Chocolate Malt
0.13 kilograms Medium Crystal
0.13 kilograms Amber malt

Hops at 60 minutes: 20.3 grams of Horizon (10.9%)
Hops at 15 minutes: 38.36 grams of Amarillo (8.6%)
Hops at Post Boil Steeping: 65.46 grams of Amarillo (8.6%)

1/2 of a Whirlfloc tablet at end of boil.

Cheers,
Brewer Pete
